1.
Our offers are not binding. Verbal consents and oral information oblige us only after our order confirmation.
2.
For orders with advertising print, the quantity ordered can vary + / - 10% for technical reasons.
3.
Following various combinations of supports, colours and printing systems, colours can have differences from one order to another and complaints are therefore not accepted.
4.
The film costs are only advances, the films always remain our property.
5.
A late delivery doesn’t give the buyer right to cancel the order, to demand a
compensation or to retain his payment.
6.
Complaints are accepted only within 8 days after delivery.
7.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the agreed price. In all our prices VAT and postage are not included. The bill is to pay within 10 days after the billing date. An advance or cash payment can be required.
8.
Our responsibility applies only to the value of the goods delivered, but not the liability due to incorrect treatment or not noticed directions for use.
9.
Court is based in Morges.
